NSACT™, NSACTNOW™, and UnshakeableNOW™ are educational training programs.

They are not:

 • diagnosis

 • treatment

 • a substitute for professional healthcare

Participation does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or other healthcare relationship.

3. No Diagnosis or Treatment

The content provided does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. No claims are made regarding outcomes, results, or symptom relief.

 

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any paid product through the Site.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

5. Products and Access

All products offered are digital, self-paced educational programs.

• UnshakeableNOW™ includes lifetime access at the consumer level.

• Access does not include future programs, such as certifications, which will be clearly disclosed at purchase.

 

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe.

All sales are final.

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of the content, refunds are not offered.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, diagrams, frameworks, videos, text, and branding associated with NSACT™, NSACTNOW™, and UnshakeableNOW™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Monkly LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

 

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 • misuse the Site

 • attempt unauthorized access

 • redistribute proprietary materials

 • engage in unlawful or abusive conduct

 

9. International Users
